Withambrook Construction are undertaking the ground work for the development of this site. Bluntisham Parish Council are working with Huntingdonshire District Council Enforcement and the Environment Agency for all breaches of planning conditions. Anyone who wishes to report a breach, or continued breach to the planning conditions can do so directly with HDC: planning.enforcement@huntingdonshire.gov.uk and quote the enforcement case reference: 24/00061/ENBOC
Photographs are a great source of evidence to include with any reports made.
Bluntisham Parish Council are trying to ensure the construction works are carried out lawfully and respectfully, however, we don’t have any enforcement power.
The initial construction firm have advised that they anticipate being on site between 16-20 weeks. They started on 26.2.24 so should be finished by 15.7.24.
The parish council will continue to monitor the site and will highlight any breaches of any planning conditions throughout the development process. If you would like to report concerns to the parish council please do so in writing with photos, if possible, to the clerk who will report on your behalf (names will not be shared).
